The Mental Health Association is dedicated to offering community-based supportive services which effectively aid individuals in meeting their mental health needs.



  • Friendship Club: Join peers in a relaxed social setting to work toward meeting your recovery goals.
  • Compeer and Compeer for Youth: Get matched with a mentor from the community to engage in life-enhancing activities which help to ease your recovery.
  • Peer Support Services: Participate in recovery-based services, support, and education provided by and for adults recovering from mental illness.
  • Creative Writing Workshop: Come and join peers in this unique opportunity to develop your skills in expressing yourself through your writing and your poetry.
