Recover Your Mental Health Support Group

Recovery Your Mental Health Support Group (RYMH) meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 1:30 until 2:30 pm at the Friendship Club, unless there is another event scheduled. We are a group of mental health consumers that focus on recovery and help support each other in that goal. On Tuesdays it’s open discussion and support. On Thursday, we have partnership with Guidepost Continuing Day Treatment Program to cover specific topics or books. Currently we are working though a book and workbook called Boundaries by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend. Upon completing this book, we have decided to work on Advance Directives. It is important to understand that the group makes all of the decisions on topics or books. Please contact Shelly Woods to find out what we are currently working toward.
